Shopping with us is very simple. This manual will guide you from product selection to delivery to your home or business. We hope to make shopping in our e-shop will be for you pleasant and simple.
1. Selection of goods
We have categorized our offer into categories. You can find them on our site under the search box or on the homepage of our e-shop.
The goods which we have in stock are delivered immediately in 3-5 business days. Ordering products which are made on wish every single customer.. Their delivery is determined by the e-shop operator according to the product's complexity. Delivery usually lasts 5-30 days. These productions can be claimed and can not be returned.
You can select the goods by clicking on the selected product group. In it you can easily find a specific product according to your ideas and see product in details. Here you will see specific information: unit of measure, quality, weight, price excluding VAT, VAT and other necessary data. You can also enter a material subdivision request here. 2. Shoping cart
If you have selected and you move to your shopping cart, you will see all the selected goods and their price. You can delete individual items by clicking on the cross on the left side of the selected product or right adjusting the required amount of material.
3. Delivery
In the second step of your shopping, select the desired shipping method. For detailed information on each type of transport, see the main page in the right section.
As a next step, select the payment type you want. You can choose from a transfer, a cash on delivery or an invoice. Please do not pay right after submitting your order. Wait for the seller to review the order and send the payment instructions to your e-mail address.
4. Login
If you're shopping for the first time, simply click on "Continue" to continue.
If you are already registered in our e-shop, sign in with your username and password. If you already log in to the shop, simply skip this step.
5. Delivery and billing information
In the last step of your shoping, fill in all the necessary shipping and billing information. If you have not bought in our e-shop yet, please register at this time.
Because of the need to identify the client in our information system, we ask you to know If you are shoping as a natural person or a company. If you choose a company variant, just fill in your IN and the rest is automatically added from the ARES information portal.
6. Send – Order, demand and fast demand
Send your request by clicking on "Submit Order". You agree to our Terms of Business, which you can also find in the attachment of the confirmation email about your request. If you do not receive this mail within 1 hour, it means that the order has not been received (please contact the site administrator)
7. Agreement of price offer
Validation bids and card payment orders will appear in your user account.
You will be informed about each such order by automatic mail or via the dealer directly.
Click on the order number to view its details. Do one of the following:
Agree: The order becomes binding. If you have chosen a card, you will be redirected to the payment gateway (more about the payment gateway).
I disagree: The order will be canceled automatically.
I request changes: Our reseller will contact you to specify the required changes.
Create new: The original order is deleted and you are redirected back to our e-shop. Now you can make a new order.
